Welcome to the Beachside All Suites FAQ's page! Below you can find answers to the most common questions our guests ask.


Do you offer early check-in?

We receive many requests for early check-in. While our staff will do their best to accommodate whenever possible, an earlier check-in cannot be guaranteed. There is no need to send a special request as earlier check-in is subject to availability at the time of arrival on a first-come, first-serve basis. Early check-in fees apply ($20 an hour).

Do you offer late check-out?

Our check-out time is 11 AM sharp. This allows our staff time to clean and disinfect the accommodation for the next guest. We sometimes have a later check-out for $20 an hour after 11 AM and until 3 PM. After 3 PM it will be a full night charge. However, this option may or may not be available. The only way to guarantee a later check-out is to book the accommodation for an extra night ahead of time.

Can I store my luggage for a few hours?

The luggage storage is not offered due to COVID-19 variants concerns. It puts our staff at risk, so we are not holding bags. The City of Miami Beach, however, has the following helpful link.

Where do I park my car?

We do not include parking, but there is street parking available and a parking lot nearby. It's free to park on the street on Harding Ave and the area west of it. Metered parking is available 7 days a week 24 hours a day near Collins ave. Metered parking zones in this area are priced at $1 per hour from 8 AM-6 PM and free from 6 PM-8 AM. Parking on the yellow lines is prohibited. Please note, the City of Miami Beach may have other parking restrictions during special events and holidays. How many beds are in the Studio Suite?

We offer studio units with either one queen-size bed and a sofa bed, or two queen-size beds, based on the hotel availability. Our team will do their best efforts to accommodate your preferences if available.

Do you accept pets?

Pets, service animals, and emotional support animals are welcome. Pets stay free, but we will require an additional $250 pet incidental hold on your credit card in addition to the standard $100 hold which we place on the card upon check-in. The weight limit is 25 lbs. If your pet is a service animal, please provide the necessary documentation upon check-in and we will waive the $250 pet incidental hold. Service animals can never be left unattended in the room. Pet must be accompanied and leashed at all times. The registered guest will be held accountable for any compensation to be given to another guest due to the inconvenience caused by a registered pet or service animal on our property while renting a room from us.

Where is my $100?

When guests check out, the courtesy hold is released upon successful room inspection. You will not see a refund of $100. The authorization is simply a hold of funds, so instead, you will stop seeing the initial hold of $100. The hold will disappear from your statement once your bank processes the release. If you used a credit card, as we recommended, it should take 3-7 business days for your bank to show the release. If you used a debit card, or for international transactions, your banking institution may take up to 30 days.

Where are you located?

We are located in Miami Beach's North Beach area. South Beach, also known as the Entertainment District is located on the southern tip of Miami Beach, between the 1st and 17th streets. Our hotel is a 5-10 minutes ride from South Beach, in a quieter area with less crowded beaches and more parking options. The hotel is 12 miles from the Miami International Airport (MIA) and 17 miles from the Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL). We are also just steps from the beach.

How old do you have to be to check-in?

You have to be at least 18 years old and have a valid major credit card and a matching photo ID for the $100 hold upon arrival.

Change or Cancel Reservation

You can update your booking on our site if you made a reservation directly with us, over the phone, or on our website. Simply click on the "Book Now" button and then scroll to the bottom of the page. In the footer, you will see the "Modify/Cancel" link. If you booked on mobile, any modifications would need to be done on mobile as well.
If you made your booking via a third party, the hotel cannot help because we do not have access to modifying or canceling bookings made elsewhere. Please contact the third party for any changes to your reservation.

How far are you from the airport?

Miami International Airport (MIA) is 15 miles or 30 minutes from the hotel, and a taxi would be approximately $40/50.
Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 20 miles or 50 minutes from the hotel, and a taxi would be approximately $70/80. You can always Uber/Lyft to us for less.
